Do you think we'll be famous?

Just read this article on the BBC website about Starbucks signing its first film promotion deal.

Maybe if we hang around in Starbucks for long enough, we'll get spotted by a talent scout and we'll all hit the big time? Or do you not think talent scouts are particularly numerous in Bradford?

Coffee Pods

This one is for Jacqui, since she demanded it :o)

I got my first high-pressure coffee maker for Chistmas ...

Ok, so it's not exactly Starbucks-grade coffee ... but it's ten times better than a cup of instant. It's fast too ... it's actually quicker to make coffee with this thing than with the kettle. Needless to say, my coffee intake has double since I got it.

Also, it takes 'coffee pods', which sound cool when you bring them up in casual conversation.

Anyway, I gotta go. I NEED MY POD FIX!

I figured that the seasonal theme to this blog wasn't working any more ... what with it being January n' all that.

As much as I love garish red and white in a website, I've decided to return us to the tranquil shades of green. Anyone got any ideas for a blog facelift?

So then... one of our number has suggested that, for 2006, we shouldn't go for coffee every day.

Why would she (there's a clue) say such a thing? Is it the expense? Perhaps the calories? Or could it be that she's missing Tim?

Regardless of the reason, it's certainly a controversial suggestion.
